Question for you.

A person is fortunate if he/she is happy in his/her life. With or without those expensive materials or big money a man would be happy in his/her own means, this is what a fortunate person.One who is contented and satisfied in his life.

I believe that everything comes from the hand of God, whether tribulation or blessings. There is no luck as some people claim, as God is in control of it all.

I think people who have peace of mind are fortunate. I have met both rich and poor, healthy and sick, beautiful and not so beautiful, famous and unknown people throughout my life and I have always felt that the ones who had inner peace were the happiest regardless of their circumstances. This is what I have strived for all of my life. I could be living a different life right now, with more money, a more expensive home, a more flashy lifestyle...it's right there for the taking thanks to my husband's brother who would very much like to have his little brother become part of his land and real estate business and be by his side. But, we don't want that kind of life. We don't want to be busy 24/7...we don't want the obligations and the stress that goes along with the lifestyle that they lead. They don't understand our choice but we are completely happy in our little town, running our little business and being at peace.

Hello! upon reading the title of your topic, the word lucky comes first in my mind but when after i read your opinion about this, i think i'm now confused?hehe.. I believe that it's God plan for us, but of course it's not a spoon feed type so we still need to work for it, so i think it depends on how we react/respond on the things that is happening to us. Hmmm..

off course i agree that a person is fortunate.because the god give us human life to achieve everything in the world.if god give the person perfect body i think he is a lucky man in world.
