I think there are several thing for me...
-Ability to edit posts
-Higher Earnings
-Move the add tags page to the same page you write your post
I guess if I had to pick one it would be higher earnings

As someone suggested a few weeks ago I would make it obligatory to read the Terms, Guidelines and faqs BEFORE registering. Giving some sort of quiz and only if a user answered the questions correctly would they be able to complete their registration. This could possibly make a bigger amount of users, especially the newer ones, aware of the Terms here. It might get rid of all the repeated topics and all the dicussions about things which are already answered in the FAQS and any complaints would then be sent directly to myLot and would not appear in the discussions. There is nothing original about those discussions at all and users waste their time responding as they will be deleted eventually.
