withdraw money from paypal - how often you withdraw money from your paypal account?

How often you withdraw online earnings for your personal spending?I will withdraw around $10 to $20 from my Paypal account every month and will convert it to my Indian currency (by withdrawing to my bank account) and will use those money for personal spendings... What about you? Do you try to save them continuously or will withdraw frequently and start spending for personal use?
