Recently I started having this problem of having same email address for all the sites. I used to have one email address and two passwords. But as I started joining many sites, they advised me to have different passwords as they are case sensitive. But howmany email ids one can have and how many passwords one can remember. Even if I keep writing in a diary all the passwords and if I happen to misplace it, I had it then, that will be again a nightmare. You have to put a request for resettings and what if it happens again? Howmany times keep doing this? So isn't it better to have just two or three passwords which can be remembered easily? Do you face this kind of problems? If so what you do? meapas.

Of course, at most three mail ids and three passwords are enough for our online activities. But never mingle these passwords and email ids with your personal email ids and passwords. They should be slightly complicated ,mixed with upper and lower case letters or with numbers and special characters.I find difficult even with the three or four passwords and email ids. Some time I used to forget the email id., I used for the particular programs. Making note of these things will not work for all and mostly will never work for people like me,as I am lazy and careless in everything.

Hi meapas... in my case, I manage about 5 e-mail accounts and some of them have the same password, but same ID and different providers, such as hotmail, gmail, personal website, company mail and so on... one simple thing I did was, when using the same password, do some variations... i.e. abcde, Abcde, abcdE, AbcdE. Kinda tricky, but having the passwords on a diary... well... not the best idea...
