What's your fave PINOY dish?

I'm a proud pinay and would like to hear myLotters on what's their fave PINOY dish. I know that there are a lot PINOYS worldwide and I sort of like to know on how much do they love PINOY's dishes. I have really several viands that I like with Pinoy foods. I love chicken adobo, sinigang na hipon (pinoy style shrimp in sour soup), and rellenong bangus. haha
I know that PINOYS have influenced some other groups with the way we cook and eat. So, do you enjoy PINOY dish? Tell me more about it.

i love filipino dishes... 
being a filipino myself. i like spicy shrimp ginataan, bicol express, and spicy pork binagoongan with raw mango on the side. those are the top in my chart. i also love our special dish like pinaputok na tilapia and spicy adobong bibe sa gata. we always request these dishes whenever there's a get-together at home.

oohh! so yummy. LOL. I'm hungry now. I love sinigang na bangus, daing na bangus, pritong tilapia, pochero, chicken pork adobo, ginataang kalabasa, linarang. Are you familiar with linarang, it's ginataan na fish with tausi. hmmm.

i eat everything you've mentioned. hehe makes me very hungry right now coz i haven't had dinner yet.
it's the first time i've heard of linarang. i saw you're from cebu. is it a cebuano dish? i like dishes with coconut milk so it sounds yummy.

I like pinakbet, sinigang, ginataan of any sort, tinola, and chicken adobo of course. I love all of the Filipino dishes I eat anything as long as it is edible. There so many Filipino dishes to choose from but the only dish that I don't appreciate much is kare-kare.
