Just invest in a MAC. I have one and I used a PC for years and now I'm absolutely in love with my MAC. Its a lot more user friendly, has better graphics, I have a remote (????) for watching DVDs and movies so I can sit it somewhere else. It's just a lot nicer and the best thing is I don't really have to worry about viruses and what not like all my PC friends have. I think almost all of them have reformatted their computers at least once or twice in the 2 years I've owned my MAC and I've had absolutely no issues with mine.

Hello chandru21, Your profile name's 21 and your total post 21 matches very well.. Anyway come to the point.... Best anti virus, Yes, I have also noted that BitDefender was ranked as no:1... But once earliear i have installed this antivirus and my system become too slow... So i uninstalled it and used AVG anti virus... Which performs as not bad... And I continued using that... But one day i got cheated.. When I insert a pendrive, it shows a folder... and i just try to open that folder... But that folder have not opened... After that i have realised that that object is not a folder but its an exe file with icon of a folder... It has disabled The Folder Option of my computer, Task manager... Please note that AVG is alive at that time... After that i Uninstalled AVG and installed Kaspersky.... After Installing that Kaspersky I have not felt any problems... It is very lite, So nothing load to my computer.. Also healing almost all types of viruses that are available now...Kaspersky anti-virus protects us from the Phishing and Malware sites At the same time, the Kaspersky Security Network allows our computer to report when it discovers a threat that hasn't been seen before. Every Kaspersky users reports this will help them to develop neutralize it.. It Protects from viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware, adware and all... Also it Scans files, email, and internet traffic, It has link to Instant messengers and Protects Instant Messages.. It Disables links to malware sites which will help us to a great extends... Automatic Database Updates, whenever we connect to the internet... In Short, I have no any problems for the last eight months...Hope this description will be very helpful to you... If yes please keep in contact... Thank you

i think anti-virus software there are much so i think that one which they will be really good are avg, kaspersky or even nod..in reality i don't like much about norton softwares and security ones..but it can be suitable in some cases even if in relation to that one should cost much more...so i think others can be affordable even from costs and the security level too!!

I have used a couple of anti-virus software's previously and I found all of them nearly the same when you keep on updating them. But still I feel that this feature is best found in AVG anti-virus.I am quiet satisfied with it and I am using it form last year. I had never used "BitDefender Antivirus" .. May be it is better than AVG!

Buddy i have used a couple of anti-virus software's and i found all of them nearly the same when you keep on updating them. The best part lies in the performance of the system when the Ant-Virus program is scanning your PC. IF your PC is not slowed down during the scan process then it means that it is not using too much of Your CPU or RAM. So i feel that this feature is Best found in AVG anti-virus. Well this is my opinion. Hope it will be useful. . Good Luck. Take Care. Keep Smiling.

I am using Kaspersky! It's a very nice, very strict anti-virus, even internet security software! You should try it out! For me, this is the BEST of all!

Hello...there are a lot of companies selling antivirus software. I have tried many of them and all of them seem to crash my system except the two: 1. AVG 2. Symantec Endpoint Protection While AVG is available as a free version, you need to pay around $50 for the symantec endpoint protection..

I would say that in my experience NOD 32 is the best one out there. It has found several viruses for me that other anti-virus programs don't find. That said, I typically install AVG on other peoples' systems. I find that it's adequate for most people, plus it's free.

Currently i am using nod 32 anti virus and i am very happy with it. No virus has been able to escape from this till now. I have never used bitdefender and i don't have any idea about how good it is. Yesterday i made up my neighbour pc and it has got lot of differnt virus in it. But thanks to nod 32 it removed all of them. Too bad i have only trial vertion of this anti virus and its expiring in 2 days. :(
