But without automation the rules are the same and it's happy time again for the dagdag bawas operators and in that game it's the highest bidder that really have the advantage. Those who oppose automation should celebrate and all the advocates of the automated election were now mourning its death.

you can never do away cheating with election. since cheating has been a custom to our politicians here whether it is by ballot or by computerization. people who wants to remain in power will do everything to secure their positions intact. that problem has been present many years ago and being addressed ever since.

cheating in the election is never new in our country. Inspite, the politicians become more expert in doing false ballots for them to win. Money is the power to be in the position, and money will also be needed by the politicians elected and who will be seated on the authority.
