I have tried speed dating. The concept is great, but the results were not. LOL. The guys I met were nice, but they weren't for me... in a romantic sense. I wouldn't have minded being friends with some of them, but everybody's minds weren't open to that during that particular evening. They splited us up in age groups and the men had to rotate every three minutes or so. I am glad I tried it, but if I was to do it again I would go to a different area. Not much to choose from around these parts. PS This first guy I met during the rotation had pet trianchulas. I am not scared of spiders, but I surely wouldn't want one as a pet.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very interested about how the whole speed dating thing works. Thing is catzzz, for your friend's case, it might not have worked because she's hurrying things. I think it's a great way to meet new people. It's a great way expand your options. Yes, I believe it is possible to meet Mr./Ms. Right through speed dating, though it would take more than those five alotted minutes to be entirely sure that that person is the right person.

It almost sounds like she is going through her midlife crisis. I haven't got there yet but nearing 30 she maybe realizing her life is pratically half over and feels the need to settle down fast. I have never tried speed dating but i wouldn't want to. She should be more patient. She could try going on outings and may just bump into mr right.

what's speed dating? i'm sorry... i really don't have any elaboration about it except that it's a matchmaking... but, i don't dwell so much in courtship... we meet up, chat a little, he makes confessions, and after that we're lovers... it happened to me thrice already and we lasted long... this time i have a new boyfriend and we'll be having a monthsary this 24th of July... :)

It happen to me before, but not through party. I met my current boyfriend casually, we texting often for the first time, it was so exciting..Well you know how it feel to fell in love..When we first met, it only took us a week to declare to bond a couple relationship. And it been steady for nearly 3 years now. So, I think it was speed dating with good result. lol.
