hi my lot friends,
I have seen in most of the Hindi films pictured in Japan, that Japan people use to drink black tea in very very small cups, black tea means hot tea liquid without sugar and milk, they took the black tea several times in the day and they offer the same to the guests also, now a days doctors and most of the people are recommending herbal and green tea,are you drink tea without sugar and milk daily?

It's very interesting in Japan what you can find in a vending machine. For someone like me, who has a sweet tooth, the black tea and other tea options remain second to none. They are delicious! On the other hand, it can be kind of funny to get a "Black Coffee" from a vending machine, only to find it milky white and loaded with sugar. Delicious, but not in my coffee thanks!
All the best!

Hallo myLot freind, in most parts Nort India, recently I visted, they wish the visitors with block tea, in certain areas of North India, people used to have green leaves of Tea plant, it taste very good. Once you have such the tea, you feel and wonder how healthy, and tasty, from health point of view, it is very good, as it cleans blood circulation may promote your happy, healthy life. when green tea taken regularly fresh in the morning, I am sure, that blood sugar may be lowered considerably. But where as in south indian village, the tea will be served along with milk. when you visit Hyderabad of Andhra Pradesh, (In south india) there are certain areas where tea will be given in its original tasty, you can enjoy the rich tast and it taste your toung buds

I usually have my tea black with one sugar. I hate milk in sugar as it removes the taste from the tea.. that reminds me.. going to make one now..!
