Journal or diary

yes i can ...i dont do it

ya surely.i know its a nice habbit.i do it when i m quite upset.but see i m alive without doing it regularly.

I could live without it, but would prefer to journal. I started journaling 5 years ago and it's interesting looking back at some of the entries.

I used to write it but I have stopped it now...

For years i used to write in my journal, every single day, often many times a day. It was a way of getting my feelings out, especially when I was very messed up and didn't know how to express my feelings. I don't do it as much anymore, which is a shame in a way. I am in the process though of creating a webpage that will have scanned copies of my journal on it, as well as a large collection of my poetry and writing.
