adopting pets on the street

there has been some advertisement in the media in south africa lately and those are concerning the adoption of pets that have been gathered all around the cities by the pet control agencies, what i think is that hope this people will not accuse the pet control of stealing their dogs and cats and are they doing the right thing

well, in my country dogs are picked up off the street and brought to the pound, and from there many dogs are adopted. All of my mongrels have been adopted from the pound, so i think these all great ideas.

That is a very good move from the pet control people! All the Pets that I have/had are from the Streets(5 Dogs and 2 Cats),except for one.

This is a great move on part of pet control . I dont think they would , there should be a mechanism where you can claim your lost pet at the control board. Then things turn fair I hope. But its really a good move .
