how to forget

its actually not easy to forgot someone you loved................but for me its not too very as well........just remember the things like how she cheated you or leaved you......why to give value to such persons who doesn't value you just throw them away of you life & be happy.......take care

Always want to forget,in fact in remind oneself to remember the person and these things constantly! The result has strengthened memory instead, certainly can not forget them. In fact the best method is not to think about how to forget, do not deliberately forget at least. Let nature take its couse, shift your attention, those persons and things will be faded from memory slowly. Nobody, nothing can not be forgotten! Time can dilute all!
