We cry to express our feelings. I also read that crying removes the dirt in our eyes. I wonder why do we feel good after crying. hmmm...Ü

its great to relieve stress you feel like you can get all the anger/upset out and start again. Our bodies naturally do it though it can't be helped

Hey, Well I think that some people cry because they are really hurt, and they can't keep all that pain and hurt inside of them. I don't really cry that often, I am a male, I don't even think I have cried once this year. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

To some people, they cry to release tension they are experiencing. especially if they are faced with a problem. Though it wont totally save you from the trouble but it seems to lessen the bad feelings and help you to come back to your normal senses and feel stronger sometimes. But to me, I cry to clean my eyes of some bacteria or dust.
