gees, that movy brings back memories. I watched that with my ex. You just happened to mention it on the same day i found out from my best friend that he's coming into town for the holiday weekend. He left me in february for this girl who is 46 years old and my best friend told me that hes bringing her down here. He pretty much fled away from me and from my friend. Cause that's how we met. He texted her and told her he was coming then told her that he didn't have time to come and see her but yet he wanted her to drop everything and come up there where he was in VA to party with him. I told her that she didn't need to go because when he left me and went up there with her he not only left me, he left everyone else down here too. She still talks to him and considering me and her were friends before him and her were. I felt that she didn't really need to talk to him all that much because it's not fair to me or to her when all he does is come around when she was going to be paying for what ever they were doing. Anyways. I watched that movie with him and thought he was the one I was meant to be with. We stayed together for like three or four weeks after that then got back together and thats when he moved in with me and I thought for sure things would get better. Lets just say, that he turned out to be everything that i know not to have in a relationship for all in one relationship. you know usually you have them separately well with him, it was all roled into one. i Know the one person is out there that is right for me. I just haven't found him. You were talking about true love. I've come close but everytime I was with someone when I closed i always seen someone else. You know like someone from my past, and a couple of times someone that I hadn't been with yet, and so its almost like something telling me its not going to work out no matter what. But what was odd , was i was seeing someone a few weeks ago and when I was with him, nothing from my past showed up in my mind and all I seen was him. I know that sounds wierd, but that was telling me that I had moved on

I need to add that I was trying to say that when I closed my eyes, I always seen someone else in the picture. i'm not talking fantasy. I'm talking someone you had been with in your past. I was trying to comment on your response and it kind of cut me off. so i appologize if something sounds off.

Not at all. Don't apologize. You are right. somehow you know when something is right for you. I have been with a couple of guys where I knew it would not be forever. You just know it.
Sometimes the guys don't show all their bad traits until you are dating for awhile or move in together. That;s when it is hard. You might have already had feelings for them and then the bubble bursts.
But you are right. it is time to move on and we have to believe that our true love is out there for us.
