Who do you think Michael Jackson's kids should go to? There grandmother who is in the will or there mother? Its a very touchy situation with the kids. I know its going to take some time for this to clear up when it comes down to the Michael Jackson case. Do you think he over dosed on medication to end his life or do you think something else went wrong?

Actually, the 2 older kids mom gave up her parental right to MJ years ago. The youngest is from a serogate. So legally the kids go to the mom cuz that was what was in his will. Now, his ex can still try and file for custody because she is their mom but who knows if she would. She gave up custody for some reason.
I think he took to much medication over his lifetime and it finally caught up to his heart.

I wonder why she gave her kids up to. I bet the serogate mother got payed a lot of money so he could have a child. In a way I hope they go to Micheal Jackson mom. I don't think his wife will fight for those kids. It doesn't seem like she wants to say much I noticed. I kinda think he took to much medication to and it hit him when he didn't think it would.
