Fat is not good surely, but too thin is bad. How can we take care my body to fit? I try to eat nutrient food, exercise 30 minutes.Do you think it enough or not?

I think it is enough. You need to feel healthy to be healthy. If you feel you are health and can do all the work which a normal person can do, then dont worry of being fat or thin.

You're right, fat or thin aren't different if they are healthy, but opportunity of fat human more risk disease.

Yes more fat may lead to cholesterol and heart problems and more thin means you have some pathological factor causing you to lose weight. It always better to get a check up done routinely once in a year. What do you say?

it is true that being thin does not necessarily mean that you are healthy and neither is being fat, as we used to believe when we see kids who are chubby. i think excercising on a regular basis would be good, coupled with a healthy diet and regular medical check up.
