Change Requires Sacrifice. Do you agree?

Lets just be real for a moment and understand that when you really want something you have to sacrifice something to get it.
For example if a person wanted to lose weight they will have to sacrifice food that they enjoy for awhile till they get fit or even give it up because it's not good for you at all..
Another example if someone wanted to make a relationship work they have to sacrifice things to make some changes to make things better.

I am totally agree with you. Another example would be the revolution of a political systems. Many innocent people had to be sacrificed for that reason. A vivid instance would be the Iran. It is the nature of our human history, and we must encounter the unnecessary sacrifice all the time.
