How often do you visit starbucks coffee nearby your house, or where you work? I usually visit the starbucks near my work 3 times a week. I always order venti size coffee such as ice caramel machiato, and strawberry and creme. They are kinda of expensive in my calculating budget right now, so I cut it down to once in a while to get those $4.00 or above coffee. Not that I can't afford them, but I try to keep up my saving. How many of you think that starbucks coffee too expensive for your budget?

Hi clorissa, Starbucks is very expensive here. It cost $5-$8 per cup. Here you can get your lunch or dinner meal with $5. To get some coffee for that much cost is not my option with my limited budget. I prefer to get my coffee from other restaurant with much much more cheaper then starbucks.

Hello again clorissa, you know it really is an unnecessary expense to be buying these foreign coffees when you'd find it much easier just to take a flask of coffee along with you. You work so hard my dear at that terrible job with that nasty boss that you really should put the money away until you find a nice young man to pay for these expensive coffees, so remember to take a flask along with your packed lunch dear.

I stop at Starbucks rarely. I love coffee and they certainly have a lot to choose from but they are way over priced. If money were no object I would still feel that way. I don't mind paying for something that I consider well worth the cost but this is not one of them. I love coffee and consider their coffee to be very good. But when you pay $4.00 for a cup of coffee that could not have cost them but pennies it tells me two things. They either have a huge overhead or they are ripping us off. I suspect it could be a bit of both.

I think Starbucks coffee is too strong. We did go there once after a wedding, and the coffee was so strong I could not drink it all and I love coffee. I usually just buy regular coffee anyway and only go for Espresso and the fancy kind once in a while. I mean they just give you a little cup and it is so sweet anyway. And usually I buy a can of coffee grounds and brew my own. It works out cheaper that way.

Both my boyfriend and I are coffee lovers, and we love Starbucks as well. We have one right on the corner of the main road and the road out of our development, so we pass it everyday on the way to work and the way home from work. When we first moved into this townhouse, we couldn't stop going there. However, their prices are out-of-this-world and we have had to cut back tremendously! We would each probably go three times a week (so 6 total) and now we limit ourselves to only once a week. If we go on our own fine, but sometimes we like to not go during the week so we can walk with our dog up the Starbucks on Sunday to sit outside and have a nice breakfast together. It is so much cheaper to make your coffee at home. Starbucks can really kill one's budget!

starbucks specialty coffees are overpriced. They are good, but overpriced. i keep it down to a monthly treat. otherwise i just scoot my butt over to 711 where you can invent your own concoctions with all the syrup flavors and cappucinos and stuff. I'm not picky though, as long as it has caffeine in it i'm a happy girl.

may be it is expensive if you spend this money just for cofee there..so i can't judge about starbucks very well..seeing that in my country there is not a local with this brand...so..i guess it cna be expensive normally in this kind of big brand for drink or food prices are better or lower..
