I am very poor in recognising such photographs, simply have no idea who s/he is. You are testing our skills and you know some of us (like me) are poor in this regard.

Atleast the proffession to make some guesses ..
A lot of people i know have changed appearance wise. I would not recognise my dad for one from his snaps before he got married. Me- I'm still the same..Greying a little I suppose.

My father could be recognised. There is certain semblance that tags him in all his images. Same with my mom.

I'm not exactly sure who it is, but it does kind of look like a young Jack Black! 
Did I win? lol. Many celebrities have influenced fashion and trends in general in a major way. Michael Jackson for one! All through the 1980's we tried our best to mimic his style!

Jay Leno? I admire him, both as a comic and as a person who does good in the world. I DO know people who have changed much with time, some for the good, and some not so much for the good, both in looks, deeds, and personality.

Jack Black by any chance? It definitely looks like it could be him, just very young. Other than that, I wouldn't have a clue. So many people look so different when they age.
I look pretty much like I did as a baby, just a little less baby fat and more freckles and wrinkles now. LOL
