I hav so many debts which I wish I had never managed to end up with but, I guess not much can be done about that! However every day I get closer to the day when I will be debt free and I look forward to that day so much. Knowing my wages are all mine with no debts and just regular bills such as rent and stuff.
I plan what I plan to do when I have no debts and the majority of my plans are about travelling!! What do you plan to do when you are out of debt? x

I still have quite a bit of debt - we were doing well but had a major setback this summer plus wedding that we were in, etc. We are refocusing.
Once we get out of debt, we are going to start saving more for retirement. Then i guess we will look at going on a vacation or something - we will have a lot more disposable income.

I know what you mean - I look forward to having vacations more as the only reason I get to at the moment is because I work in the travel industry and so get it cheap!!

We only have a few major debts, our cars. We do have awful health insurance coverage so mostly our extra money goes toward medical bills, my son has an on going health issue. If we ever get better health insurance than maybe we can figure out what we would spend our money on LOL

Yes one of our major debts was our car and that was finally paid off after 4 very long years last month! So next month on pay day I have quite a fair bit than I normally would which I am so looking forward to! x

Great to hear you are trying to get out of debt! It will feel a lot better when you do.
I have not been in debt before and one of my goals is to never be in debt, even if I have to ride a bike (which I plan to do anyway) instead of driving a car I'll do that. Excessive debts caused this recession and the era of easy credit is over anyways.

My major debt is the flat mortgage which is eating 25% of my wages every month. But then, I treat it just like rent and that means whether it end soon or not has no effect on me. My habit of spending is that for any purchases or debt I bare, I will make sure that is not going to have major impact of my life or otherwise, I simply stay away from it.
