How to look young?

I have four children now and my friends always said i looked so young compared to my old.I got married when i m 20 years old. May be that why i looked young. I tried to smile everyday and i don't like to think about problem much.I always make sure i get enough rest.

Try to talk to the people who are younger to you, it is a form to make the man or woman much younger, and try to smile daily, and do not be angry daily,and try to live a stress free lives, and watch some comedy movie to laugh out loud.
