What size shoes do your children wear?

The reason I am starting this discussion is because I want to see how many people have the same trouble as I do. Well yesterday we took our boys to wal-mart after we ate dinner to buy them new shoes. Well our boys age at 3 years old and 1 years old. Well our 3 year old boy is now wearing size 12 shoes in boys youth size.
To me that is big feet for a 3 year old but then again my hubby's feet are size 14-16 and my feet are size 10-12 in mens so yeah they would have big feet. For my 1 year old it took us forever to find a pair that would fit him. I was going to start with size 4 but they would not fit. So I tried size 5's and they were to small. So I grabed size 6's and put them on his feet and tried that and they fit. Size 6 sounds really big feet for a 1 year old. But it's better for them to have feet then have none....LOL
So what size feet do your children have and what age are they. Please feel free to express your feelings on your childs feet size.

That is big. My son has always been small with everything. He is short for his age. His weight is lower then everyone in his class and yes his feet are smaller then others. He is two and a half and just now getting into size 6. Other kids his age usually are two or three sizes bigger. His father and I wear size 7 1/2 and both of us are about 5'3 so he is just taking after us.

WOW....I thought maybe my boys had bigger feet then usual. I can't believe that both our boys wears size 6 and yet my boy is only 1. I am so afraid to see him get older just my luck I will have to get his shoes custome made if his feet keeps getting bigger.I know one person that has to get his custome made. He is the boyfriend of sister and the last time I knew he wore a size 17, but then he is like 6 foot 3. Well I have to say that you are lucky that your boy has small feet. I wish mine did to bad there was no way to shrunk their feet....LOL

My son is 9 1/2 years old and he wears a size 6 in boys. It looks like it it the last size before he gets to mens shoes. I think that is fairly big. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she is currently in size 9 shoes. I thought that was big for a 2 1/2 year old, so I guess a size 12 on a 3 year old is pretty big then.

Wow your children have big feet too. I wonder if that means they will be smart. Yes size 12 is big for a 3 year old. It's crazy how now days that the children is growing taller and taller along with their feet growing really big.
