I spent alot of times reading ingredients. E numbers are artificial additives, each has a different number and a name. very hard to remember all the manes and that's what they usually write on the can. I buy only organic and natural foods, that's my way to do it. If you'll go to local health food stores yo should be able to find rather cheap organic food and maybe some literature on ADHD and it's treatment. It showed that fish oil helps ADHD and detoxifying the body as well. Be very careful with medications for ADHD, some of them cause heart attacks in children as well as nervous ticks. they already took off some medications off the market because a lot of children were dying from them. Also having a child diagnosed with ADHD doesn't mean the child actually has it, a lot of kids are over diagnosed.
