war !!!

I believe that war can be justified if another group or in some cases countries are threatening the saftey of other around the world, war is justified. But reasons that are not assured to be completely right war is not justified. In the case of North Korea, having done nuclear testing and fired missiles without a justified reason, war would be morally justified because they are threatening the health and saftey of the rest of the world with there nuclear testing.
