hi iam living in new zealand,
i have two kids and five cats and its winter here right now.
i am having a tough time with my 18yr old son.carolyn

Hi carolyn. I just saw your other post about your problems with your son being due to mental illness. I'd assumed that it was the usual teenage stuff as you no doubt realised. I'm sure also that you wish that it was nothing more than the usual teenage stuff and not this illness. I do hope that you and your son can deal with this situation over time.

Welcome. I'm sorry you're having problems with your son. I am a cat lover, too. I wrote a book, Cat-House Sonnets, 100 poems celebrating cats. Only 4 live with me: Josie, Peaches, Paisley and Arthur. They are wonderful companions. I hope you enjoy your visits to MyLot.

welcome i have five cats.they are called cheeky,jasmin,nismo,smokey,mischeif.i agree they are wonderful companions.my son will be ok he's getting the help he needs in hospital.and iam just taking one day at a time.and praying for him.
