If you have US$10 million, what would you do with it?

Hi,just a trivial question, if you have a cash on hand worth 10 million US Dollars, how do you plan to spend it? If I have the amount, I will invest %70 of it in properties and businesses that can help generate passive income for me and my relatives that will sustain our lifestyle forever. I will also donate part of the proceeds from those investments to charitable foundations.

Hi,I'd like to donate all the money to the public.It doesn't mean how generous i am.I don't think it is a good thing for me to have that much money without effort.Only the gain after pain will make me to be a real man.

I agree with you. In life, you should work for something if you want to get it. you can say that you are really successfully if you reached your goal working hard for it.

I would put it in a trust fund or an interest fund that you just live extra off the interest.
Now if a risk taker try a buisness. If you have cash real estate is good since you can offer 30 percent under or more with the forecloser and hope u score big in long run.
But i wouldnt mund living wih interest per year. Mght pay for my rent a year be great. I can ventureinto other things

Yes.real estate is a good investment especially if you are able to buy properties from prime locations and sell it on a higher price.

With $10 million I could:
1. Pay off my debts.
2. Move to paradise.
3. Start my cat orphanage.
4. Retire from my day job.
5. By all the treats I want.
6. Feed my beloved kitties the best food money could buy and have a full time vet to take care of any of their health issues.
7. My myself a nice buriel plot in paradise.
