OK i have a question!Before some months i have created an online shop for supplies about kittens.Now i have created a blog based on my cat,jimmy.Can i somehow combine both of them and make some money?

Yes you can... providing you attract people in your blog interested about buying kitten products.
To attract people... you need to give them something for free first.
Writing informative articles about cats and kittens which provide them with the information they need will get them to your shop.
You can also write articles to promote your products.
It is all about the skill of marketing.
You cannot sell something without it.
