LAPTOP Support : ACER 4320

My brother bought ACER 4320 from Qatar. prob.1. There is switch for bluetooth on/off. When I installed Software for Bluetooth, it says bluetooth device found , installing and installation completed. It shows bluetooth place. In device manager it also shows Bluetooth network place, Bluetooth Modem....... But when we switch on bluetooth from switch given there, it shows the message, "No device found". Prob.2. It has webcamera inbuilt there. At the first month of buying it worked both the ways, still image and motion picture also. There was link to take either still picture/snap or motion picture. My brother has taken one video also. Later on days now it's not working for videos. I was not agreeing for it. But my brother showed me the proof of video that was taken from same webcam. When I tried then I was not able to take video clip. Does anybody has any idea, experience on it, If any of you could share your situation for the same case, give an idea or solution. plzzzzzzzzzzz AB_Singh

Take it back if it's still under warranty. It's clearly not functioning properly and something not working right isn't worth your time or money to try fixing on your own when you can just take it back. Just take it back to whatever store you bought it from. Most places give a free 90 day warranty but others give a warranty as low as 15 days. It's at least worth a try to take it back.

Thank you brother. Actually in warranty period they are responsible only if any parts are not usable or not working. They don't give warranty in software side. AB_Singh

Jassinator has given a good answer for your problems, if the same problems persist, take it to the nearest Acer service center and ask them to solve your problems. usually it takes about a couple of days to check and give back you laptop.

Take a laptop and take it to the shop where you bought it. Give them your problem because it may be some technical error that should they resolve. That you would be my recommendation so that it occurs even bigger problem... Sry for my bad english.
