banned covers of some talented individuals

It sucks when youTube bans some talented individuals who do covers of songs of popular artist. why do artist don't see these people as their fans? they doing covers because they love the song and the artist. Yes they are becoming famous because of doing covers, but its just a way for them to show their talent.
do you think its a piracy to do covers of a song and publishing it?

I use to do covers on walls of music stores and on back of leather jackets awesome money;)it bull that people do today ban songs and all that it control power where's freedom of free of writing? raw talent expression in a freedom of the mind that need to be relased to share with others.
