Green tea and red tea is great. Many of the other teas contain too much caffeine (same thin as tein) in my opinion.

I don't drink tea . But I drink Green tea occasionally. It is said that Green tea has antioxidants that can reduce the impurities in our blood. It has beneficial effects on preventing heart diseases and cholesterol but this is not proven completely. It has caffeine like the usual black tea which is a neural stimulator and reduces sleep and fatigue. But drinking tea is not a requisite. There are other foods to give you antioxidants ,reduce cholesterol. Daily exercise and balanced diet are enough to be healthy and live longer. Live and eat healthy!

Drinking tea is definitely good for health Anbrei!Tea has many antioxidants which neutralizes free radicals. There are phenols in tea which prevents the oxidation of cholesterol. Green tea increases the cognitive abilities, reduces the risk of cancer and arteriosclerosis. It contains fluoride which is good for teeth and bones. But tea should not be diluted with too much milk as it reduces the benefits of tea. Also green tea is better than other tea.So go ahead and have a cup of this wonderful concoction!!
