Catch a cold

That's unfortunate to hear, rest up and get better soon mate. I hate getting colds myself and I know the symptoms of running nose all too well since I have hayfever as well! You take care too man.

That really sucks! Getting even the simplest colds is really hard especially that this days AH1N1 virus is also spreading. Every symptoms always suspects you to be infected by it although it is just a simple colds and not the dreaded flu. I think having plenty of rest and water would help with some medication that your doctor may prescribed to you.
