Sprint is disgusting.

I purchased a cell phone with service in 2007.Network was good but every month i had to pay 100 dollars when my service plan was for 39.99.First month they told me bill was high because of activation charges and all.But after one month still i got 100 dollar every month.I complained about it so they removed that charge but again after one month they charged me resolved 100 dollar amount in my bill.Everytime i called them no body gave me good response and instead they asked me to change the plan.Now they have sent to collection agency.I did not use for internet and other stuff but still they charged me.They are the worst wireless service.

I couldn't agree more! I hate Sprint! I have a cell in case of emergencies. We are down on the beach fishing and I have to find the ONE spot to stand so I can get signal in case something happens! I call to complain about dropped calls...oops! The call was dropped. I don't use the net on my phone either. Our bill keeps going up.

There has to be some kind of misunderstanding there somewhere. I don't see how they would charge you for something you aren't doing or using or something you haven't signed up for. Sure, cell phone services are pretty expensive, and might even be considered to be ripping you off..But not that much, I wouldn't think. I have MANY friends who are on Sprint and don't have any major complaints about that kind of stuff happening. So what are you going to do? You should definitely change your plan - maybe you accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. They shouldn't be charging you that much. That's ridiculous!

Paying what i owe is not a big problem but i wanted to know where i am being charged but they did not showed me.They took off that money when i emailed them about the issue but after three months again they added the same amount they had taken off from my account.When i again told them about everything,they tried to offer me second line with 59.99.Instead of saying yes i tried to investigate and i found a family plan with two lines which was 59.99.So basically it was not the offer but they wanted me to sign up for new account.I have some friends who have no complain about sprint.And i have some friends who have complain about sprint.My roomates saw everything and himself he suggested me to leave the service.If it was with me it was ok but i have seen some friends got ripped off too.Thanks for mylotting.I know they are good with some people but i have seen out of 5 people,3 have really bad experience with sprint.
