Do you think Adam Lambert should have won?

I wasn't that into this season's American Idol, but my family was, and all of them think that Kris was rubbish. At least he was rubbish compared to Adam. I have to admit, I like Adam's fashion aesthetic better, but that shouldn't have any bearing on their singing skills....should it? ;)

Yes! I do think Adam should have won! Along with his great singing, he is also a great performer. I think Kris is just kind of boring and the same as some of the other idols. Adam is just different all around. He definitely should have won.
However, in some ways, it's good he didn't win. I've heard that some of the past winners haven't got a lot of freedom to do what songs and whatever they want. I remember Kelly Clarkson had a big arguement with what she wanted to put on her 2nd or 3rd album. Adam will still get a record contract from someone and he will be able to be as creative as he wants with no constraints from the recording company that american idol uses.

When they got rid of Alexia early on I was really not into anyone. It wasn't till the last 6 weeks of the show that I really got on the bus for Kris Allen. He just upped his game and I thought he was more real and alot more talented than Adam Lambert. Kris can sing, play the guitar and piano. As for Lambert I thought he was to into himself.

I do recognize that Kris was a very talented individual, but with all due respect, Adam seemed like he would have been a better choice. Of course I am fine with the fact that Kris won, because he would need more guidance and leadership,where Adam is his own artist, who happened to benefit greatly from the exposure that American Idol offered.

I like Adam Lambert and would like to have seen him win the competition. I think that it was a shock to most of us that he didn't win. I thought that he was cheated out of the win and that Kris had nothing to offer compared to him.

I did not watch everyday that American Idol was on but I did think that Adam Lambert has a better voice then Kris. I watch the night they announced the winner and Kris was in shock. I do think that Adam should have won but the American people spoke and Kris was the winner.

I think he should have won..He was so great and he had a great voise.He prety musch could sick any kind of song.And I cannot wait to buy his music..

Yes, yes, yes!! Adam Lambert should have definitely won American Idol!!!
Adam had all the makings of a star: singing skills, image appeal, stage presence, personality, originality . . . he was the whole package!
Kris was excellent in his own rite; I wouldn't call him rubbish. However, I don't think he had the star quality that Adam possessed. I didn't think he could be the ultimate Americal Idol.
That being said, I'm sure Adam Lambert got a good deal from the show anyway, even though he did not win.
