Why is going to school so important?

because don't no one wants someone working for them and they don't have an education

I'm sure everybody needs a job but if I could be my own boss and work at my own pace, it'll be wonderful. But again, education is important because without a brainer, you're a dummy and wouldn't get so far.

Education helps us to know the world, get the necessary skills to face the challenges of life and for everything you want to do in life its the starting point. So, Schooling is the most primary part and perhaps the most important part of getting educated.
