I used to drive to Thailand borders and it took me 5-6hours to reach there. When I only stop for gas and drive very fast, once it took me about 4hours.
My question is, how many hours a day can you drive, I don't mean driving to work, I mean long distance drives. I once drive for almost 11 hours and it was very very tiring.
I heard that we have to stop and rest every 2 hours of driving.

Well, if you want you can drive almost over 12 hours. But why. If that is your job, after some years you will be exhausted. And why? try to drive no more than 3 hours if this is possible. The traffic is very big nowadays, because every person has a personal car. I drive usually between 1 and 2 hours a day- my job requires me this.

Yes, it is good to stop every 3 hours when you drive. To get out of the car and stretch your body. But sometimes I think 500kilometres is very long and I want to drive fast and non-stop so that I can reach my destination faster.
If it is your job then I guess in time you will become bored. Driving 1 and 2 hours a day is pretty less i think.
