Sunshine Policy Anyone?

Can someone please explain to Obama that we do expect him to honor his own words? When will he start following his own "Sunshine" policy?
For those of you who don't understand what that means. Obama said that he would make sure all non-emergency bills are posted online for 5 days before he signs them into law. So far he has done this a total of 0 times.
If we can't hold Obama to the standard he sets for himself, what standard should we hold him to? If he can't even live up to the promises he has 100% control of, what good is he?

Well, to be fair, all the bills are emergencies. He's got to get them all passed quickly before the American people vote out all the idiots in Congress who keep voting yes on these bills. He hasn't got much time left, 2010 is getting closer every day.

Bush did it too! Give him a chance! You're a racist!
There Ted, I've now provided you with all the answers from his supporters since I doubt many will respond. They're really bad when it comes to dealing with proof that he's a liar. It's easier to ignore.

The day Obama's words match up with his actions is the day I'll turn a back-flip.
(In other words, it ain't happening.)

Well, when every bill is an emergency this is what happens. This is why I spend so much time onlive reading bills before they even leave the congress. Can't turn your back on these sneaky bastarrds for one second and now with Obama at the executive desk with his rubber stamp in hand, it is more important that ever we stop these things before they ever even leave the congressional halls.

I wouldn't expect anything from him, as a matter of fact he is one of the most laziest presidents I ever saw due to the 13 or so czars he handpicked to do his bidding for him unchecked so why would he read thousands of pages worth of bills, soon he'll pick a czar to do that.
