It's a Question about task....funds..and Another Spam threat

I have a Question, do you add funds in your created task? i received messages a few days ago but people doing my task and asking what happens now? to be honest am no mood for adding funds from my earnings because i wanna get it for my first pay out. I dunno about you guys, have you made task lately, because i haven't earned anything there. check my earnings and other tasked. and i noticed that the tasked is also being infiltrated by spammers, like join this and view that and get a .25+ reward. isn't this another way for spammers to spread their ridiculous websites??? I think mylot should put security procedures there for spammers.
