The fish we call galunggong

They say galunggong are cheap kind of fish in the Philippines that are affordable for low-income Filipinos .Now it has been costly.Not anymore affordable.I wonder how many can still afford and how many can still eat them in a few years.Economy becomes worse as years go by.Middle class families become poor.The poor become poorer.

I love fried galunggong especially if it is slightly toasted, then i will dip it in vinegar, sometimes ketchup, then i have fried rice and sliced tomato...yum!!!!

I still eat and buy that kind of fish, because it even tastier and you can buy it in low prices, i use to dip in fish sauce with lemon and soy sauce.
