What brand of tv is good and where can i get one for a reasonable price?

my big screen SONY tv won't turn on and i haven't had it for that long either..I'm not sure whats wrong with it but I'm looking for a new tv. oh and are there people who will check your tv to find out what the exact problem is? cause i would rather do that instead of buying a new tv all together.

I think Sony is a good brand. Our Sony lasted for 8 years. How long have you had it? Have you checked its warranty? You can ask its service center what's wrong with it... hope this helps.

well there are people you can call, just look in the YellowBook. my dad just bought a 52in. flat screen Aqua tv. it is amazing! he also got HD, so the picture is cyrstal clear. the price was around $2,000 but it was well worth it. we haven't had any problems with it, and it will last for a very long time. ;]
