guys.. i need your opinion on this PTR email site.. to access to the site, click on my name , on my profile page there's this blue banner that gets you there.. I been using it for some time.. but i am worried because i couldn't find much reviews on the website.. Does it mean this site is 100% reliable? thanks!

This is the site best suited for the residents of Singapore only and they used to send many mails to those members.For the others, it will take many years to reach the payout and but this is a legitimate site. As you are from the same country this will be a big issue, I think. I am also the member of this site for about 2 months and have only 18 cents in my account. Is it possible for me to reach the payout?I don't believe so.
