I really can t sleep if is noise, i can t sleep even my room clock is on the wall. All time before sleeping, i hide the clock in the closet. i can t sleep just if is deeply silence. What about you? Do you can sleep if is noise in house, and you will argue with somebody who talk to laud, and don t respect your rest time?

Hi, Marianna! Noise doesn't bother me; I usually fall asleep with the TV on, and set it to turn itself off after an hour or so. If it were a problem, though, I wouldn't argue. I'd ask a person to hold it down so I could sleep and, if that didn't work, I'd probably get ear plugs...

If someone was being excessively loud I would talk to them about it, but for the most part I actually sleep better with some noise. I have a small fan in my room that I always turn on when I go to sleep, even in the winter. But some people are just way too loud and then I would say something.

I do not think I would argue with them but I would ask them to be quite in a manner that would not offend them and just explain my situation to them, now if they did this on many occasions i may then have to change my tactics in letting them know that this is not going to work.

yes. sleep is very important to me. especially since i have to get up at 5am the next day. so, if somebody is being loud, i have no problem telling them to be quiet so i can sleep.
