I've wondered about these differences, since there are people on this site from just about everywhere on the planet.
I'm in Miami, Florida, USA, and it's about 15 minutes past noon.

Right now, I am in my office doing some reports and mylotting a little. lolz... It is 2 o'clock in the afternoon here. And I am really really sleepy at this point because it is idle. I am not complaining... I am loving it... hehehehhe

3.00pm, at office, KL Malaysia. My work start 4.00pm, normally i come 1 or 2 hours just to play internet, becuase i don't have internet at home.
