do you include proteins in your diet .?

Protein is very important for the body .Protein is needed for hairs nails, skin,eyes and inetrnal organs of the body .To avoid any kind of deficiency of protein in the body include items in your diet that are rich in protein . For this you can have eggs ,soyabeans,fish,sprouted beans and many other things

Yes I try to include atleast some food item that contains proteins.I understand the importance of proteins for the body.But at the same time, it is also important that we don't overdo the thing and consume huge amount of proteins as the body absorbs only as much proteins as it needs.The rest is thrown out by the body.I try to include protein rich items like sprouts,soyabeans and the like.

I love beef protein, tofu, mongo beans, soybeans and tao a Philippine protein food and it is so delicious!

Sure,we have lots of protein source in Indian diets.Various dhals are rich in proteins and are used i daily cooking to ensure protein supplement for the body.Indians are aware of the proteins and we are keen to get it daily.Milk is another thing which is consumed for its rich protein content.Cheers!

yes i do...we usually get it from meats but not too much coz anything that is too much can be harmful... yes i know its importance to our body and that's why i make sure that we have it and of course we make sure that we have a balance diet, not only proteins but as much as possible all necessary nutrients that our body needs!

Yep i do try to include protein to my diet, as i know its very important for us. But being a veggies, i have less choices(as compared to non vegetraians) and hence i included eggs in our(for kids its so so important) diet, to have more protein...

I think with you protein is mere important, i will have protein for 1 meal,such as egg,chicken, some milk.I take DHC collagen tablets too.If do you interest collagen, you can ask me add.
