Hi. I know how you feel. I'm taking an Education degree taking Maths as my major, some of the maths courses are easy and some are so difficult. I managed to get a passing mark for most of the difficult ones. I'll give you tips if you really want to be successful in maths. - Practice A LOT. Not one, two or three. You have to practice All The Time. - Use Past exam papers of the course to practice on. So that you can understand more on the format of the question paper. - Search for different source of information. - Ask your Lecturer for help. Most are willing to assist you. (I requested copies of Past exam papers from my sweet lecturer. She didn't want to be referred as "Doctor", even though she have finished her Phd). Well that's it. Hope you find my tips are useful.

That must be hard for you. But, take it as a big challenge which you need to overcome. I hope you graduate with honours. :-)

Thanks for that tips. I'm taking up BS Engineering major in Electronics. Much pressure had been thrown to us. Our instructors expect a lot. So they give really hard examinations that are out of this world. Seriously, I really try to study much harder because I'm in my junior year. And hopefully, I'll graduate by next year. Licensure exams are also on the way so I must store more informations rather than recall 5 years of hard earned knowledge in 6 months on review centers that I may enroll on.

Yup. My plan is to take my free time in studying so I can improve my mathematical skills much further. Thanks for that advise. I wouldn't know the answer in math problems if I would't solve at least one question a day. Wish I had that genius brains since birth so I wont have this hard times like now!

I'll ask you to start doing meditation, first learn the proper tactics of doing that and see the results. You'll be able to memorize things and keep them for long

Type the formulas in two Chart paper and hang one before your study table and other before your bed. Do keep your eyes for some time everyday when you sit . Then Go for maths. And feel the difference.

That is a great advice. Some math problems particularly the one that is for applications needs formula to solve it. But most of the time. I got blocked out in examination periods. Maybe I can practice that so that I wont forget a single formula the next time I'll get my examination. Thanks for your advise! Have a great day!

There are tons of sites online that will do equations for you and have tips on how to solve them. One way I practice is to do an equation, then enter it in online and see if I got the answer right. Also, your professor probably has study guides or old tests online that you can look at with the answers and see if you can work them out. Or reverse engineer and take the answer and work yourself back to the original question to see how the equation works.

I can try that also... But I think that students are not allowed to use pc or other forms of communications during examinations... But that maybe a good form of studying help... Thank you...
