where can i get industrial training in the field of aeronautics in india?

I am aeronautical student studying third year.want to get industrial training in the field of aeronautics. In airlines,no one engineering student is allowed to visit their places as industrial visit. Please help me where can I get industrial visit? In government organisations like HAL in india allow students only in mass. please let me know..!help me..!
