There are bad news everywhere: what are you thinking about?

I wonder with so many bad news everyday, economy is bad and people losing their jobs, what are people choosing to think? Positive thoughts or negative thoughts?
Do you embrace the problems of the world as your own? Or do you just concentrate in the problems in your country? Or just the problems at home where you might change something, even if it is the roll of toilet paper?

I am thinking about breakfast at the moment
I try not to let the bad news from all over the globe get to me. If it doesn't personally affect me or my loved ones, I just don't care that much. People that watch the news too often only end up suffering depression. I do not need to do that.
I would be very happy if, just once, someone in this house would change the toilet paper roll though

I try not to let what is going on in the world or the country bother me at all. I try to let none of it interfere with what is going on with my everday I life I live my life normally as possible. I try to only watch a bit of news just to see what's going on, but only a bit of it. I hate watching so much of the news because it can get very depressing with everything that is going on.

Hello, ShellyB!
Of course the economy has to be on everyone's mind. Even those whose employment is secure are getting higher bills than ever, and the pay checks just don't go as far as they once did. I hate being broke all the time, in spite of working hard and consistently. Still, I'm joyous and full of hope for the future of humanity. We might have some negatives to hurdle, but hurdle them we do, and it all works out at the end...

I believe that good things can happen too, I also feel that we are not as bad as when the depression happen in this country.
A lot of things have changed for the better, even tho there are others that remain the same, I think there will always be insanity and instability in the world, it is up to us how we react to it.

Positive and negative things constitutes the life for individuals, and for society as well. We heard about bad news for the more transparency of the media, and immediate availability through technology.
I am open to all news, good or bad, at home or abroad, but they would not affect my life unreasonably.

It is truth, we must find out about the good things in life and the bad as well. I for one have not been watching neither good news or bad, it is hard to watch tv without getting bad economy reports, a quick sneak preview of the news or anything like it.

People do change others just being themselves. It is a bit more than toilet paper. I find it is always best to think positive. If you do, everyone wants to be around youEven employers. Never forget that even if you run out of those material things we all cherish so much that the very best things in life are free!!!

Mostly I feel numb to the bad news everyday. What amazes me is that with all of the bad economic news for instance, shops are still open for business, and people are still spending money at restaurants - so I wonder if the times are really as bad as we are let to believe. It is hard to know who is telling the truth these days, and who is fabricating tales. Thanks for your time.
