Dodgy casings of the mobile phonage

I am absolutly astonished at my Nokia N95, how pathetically built it is! when i first got it i thought what a fabulous phone...then the back fell off!!! (the small pice of flimsy plastic that covers my battery), then i have noticed @ least 3 other randoms i.e on the bus etc having the same prob???!!! Anyone else had ne probs with this fabulous phone dressed in a tramps coat?!
