did noka is the city or the cell phone name?

i heard a news that nokia was a city in finland but later they change the city into cell name. its true!

i never heard this news in reality so i don't know if it is true or not but naturally nokia is from finland so may be it can be true that a city is called like that!

Quality graded Nokia phones are from Finland. There's one from China and the other is from Germany so I guess it's true.
