Would you force yourself to diet?

I knew that some people like to be in shape, and they would do anything to achieve this mission within a short period of time. Would you rather force yourself to be diet, so you can get back to your nice, beautiful figure? Or you would go along with your eating habits? I would not force myself to eat less, or not to eat at all. Because that is totally unhealthy habit, and you might suffer from this act. If you force yourself not to eat, you might want to eat more and more later on. Just keep it in a natural way, and you would be healthy.

While I agree with you that not eating much or nothing at all is totally unhealthy, I must also say that all it takes to get back in shape or get a nice figure is a little discipline. There's not really a whole lot to it. You diet, but out soda, ice cream, candy, salts and all the other stupid stuff that no one really needs in excess, and a little excercise will go a long way. I often find myself getting out of shape or off track with personal goals, and it only takes a little time and a little effort to get back on track. So while I wouldn't force myself into an unhealthy diet, I would definately watch what I was eating if I wasn't happy with my situation. I agree that no one should think they can get thin or in excellent condition overnight.

Being on a diet doesnt necessarily mean that you are going to starve yourself. It just means that you watch what you eat and eat more healthy foods. I am starting to watch what I eat so I can be in better shape and I have also been working out lately, but I would never not eat, that is just dumb.
