What do you think about Michael Vick in Steeler nation?

I was listening to the NFL channel on Sirius today, and one of the callers made a good point about it. The media in Pittsburgh loves the steelers, and treat the players like family, the Steelers have a great history of controling troubled players, and we all know that Ben isn't going to play the entire season. Vick could come in with no pressure to perform, Steeler nation is understanding of prior acts, and when he does get to play they system is set up so he doen't have to do everything. What do you think of this idea?

Thanks but no thanks. ben is still the QB of the Steelers last time I checked and Ben and Vick are two different type of QB.if he came, he wouldn't be the Vick of old, he couldn't be.He would Have to pass more and he doesn't have the arm Ben has. I wouldn't se it working. I hate to mention this because ever since black QBs have been n the league all the suits wanted to do this but how about Vick coming as a receiver?Sadly, I could see that happening Before he was the QB of the Steelers.

The guys on the radio said that he could be a good fit as a Kordel Stewart position with someone like the Steelers. They also said it could be a good fit because of the city, Pittsburgh loves the Steelers and they felt that they would take Vick under their wing. I remember him making some of the best defensive players look like fools, I wouldn't mind seeing him at wide out, or in the wild cat system. Pittsburgh has always been good at taking advantage of the talent they have on the team, and Vick does have alot of talent.

I still feel bad of thinking any team will demote him and make him a wide receiver.It is just wrong.Time will tell. UsSteelers fans aren't as mean aseagle fands so it Could work with the fans.

LOL, I am from Ohio, so I don't have the same feels of the Eagles like many Steelers fans have. But, I think that we are more accepting of things than other people. As long as you show up for work, and do your job, then you are fine in our book.
